Australian Compliance Plates:
Series 1 & Series 1.5
Compliance Plates appear to be located beside the stamped VIN/chassis number.

Series 2 Compliance Plates are located below the VIN/chassis number. We believe this is because the bulkhead was redesigned and a bump is now pressed into the panel to match a new bumpstop installed on the underside of the bonnet.  Note that the order of installation of the build plate and the compliance plate were interchangeable.
